What is your return policy?

Shoes can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We offer store credit and/or exchanges for returns, we do not offer full refunds for in-store returns. If you are returning an online order, you must do so within 7 days after receiving it. Please provide your order number. Products must be returned in perfect condition to receive a full refund. Reminder: All Sale Products are all Sales Final!

Is there any products that you do offer refunds for?

Yes, we offer full refunds for Os1st socks, powerstep inserts, and aetrex inserts. These products can be returned in any condition within 30 days and receive a full refund.
