What is your return policy?

Shoes may be returned within 7 days of delivery. All sale items are final sale. Products and boxes must be undamaged and returned in original condition to receive a refund. Once a return is started, items must be shipped back within 5 days. Reminder: ALL Sale Items are ALL Sales Final. This policy applies to Online Orders only!

Is there any products that you do offer refunds for?

Yes, we offer full refunds for Os1st socks, powerstep inserts, and aetrex inserts. These products can be returned in any condition within 7 days after delivery and receive a full refund.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Can we take card information over the phone?

Can I use a Gift Card Online?

No, Unfortunately gift cards are unable to be used online at this time. If you would like to order online with a gift card please call  the store at 334-699-5007 and a sales associate will check you out and have the product shipped to you! (You will still be charged the $10 shipping fee).
